Wow, I want to find that road on my motorcycle! I don’t think I would want to do it with my RV though. I think if I had to do it in any kind of rig, I’d rather do it in an 18-wheeler with lots of gears and the jake brakes. My RV doesn’t have all that. But I have to say, I highly doubt that road is on a truck route, not with 15-20 miles per hour curves. But I’ll bet it’s going to be fun as all get-out on my motorcycle!:-)

Hi, if you are looking for boondocking spots on the beach on the Texas Gulf Coast, I would suggest Magnolia Beach near Indianola, Texas. It is fabulous! It’s a crushed Shell Beach so you can actually drive on the beach. I have even ridden my motorcycle up and down the beach a few times.
It is free to camp there, not even an annual pass required. There is nothing touristy about Maggie Beach, it is very quiet even during spring break. You can camp up to 30 days.
There is one business in town Kama a convenience store where you can purchase fuel, beer, and with a small Grill, and they make excellent breakfast burritos! On the backside of the same building is the Saltwater Saloon where the locals gather in the evenings. The nearest dump station is in Port Lavaca about 20 – 25 miles away. There is also a Walmart in Port Lavaca as well.
    Love Magnolia Beach!
