When it rains it leaks

2011 sprinter 311bhs,,,,,,went up on roof to do inspect and clean, found cracks in dicor on roof at both rear corners…passenger side about a 12 inch by 12 inch in the rear corner feels like its rotten, hopefully its the only damage. As soon as the weather gets better I guess I am going to try and peel the corner of the roof back and fix it…………….very disappointing…………….

Sorry to hear that, I’ve been concerned about that roof design on my Cougar since new. Hopefully, with the proactively applying Eternabond tape, I can avoid it.

I was told not to use eternabond in case I have more roof problems its hard to get off. but at this point I thinks its the best idea. I was checking roof 2 times a year, now a lot more frequent, but still all it takes is a small crack in dicor and a good rain and its damaged,,,,,
