Well, one of our kids got us one for Christmas this year! It’s the 3 quart Duo Mini. We love it so far! Still learning but there are a ton of videos on youtube with people sharing recipes and tips.

We have yet to operate it without shore power or generator. That’s next.

It sure makes for less cooking time and easy clean up.

How is your experimenting going, Ray?

I was wondering the same thing.  Ray has reviewed everything he got for Christmas but the Instant Pot and the air compressor (both of which I’m looking at purchasing).  I’m sure Ray is probably working on those videos now, but I’m really interested what his opinion is.

I haven’t got at the instant pot yet, been playing with my other gadgets and toys from Christmas. :) Also, had a stretch of cloudy weather so not great for the amount solar power coming in. Have to have the battery bank fully charged early in the day to give it a good test.

For the compressor review, I’m gonna wait till I meet up with Eddie and the gang as he has had it for a while now and will be able to grill him for info for the review, how he has it set up and how its performed over time.

    Old_Man,

Just come a little more East, towards the Rockies and you might find that which you are looking for.

The vessel for which we speak is intended to make RV meals faster and save space.
