In this video, I detail my DIY replacement of our Suburban SW6DE RV water heater in our 2011 Keystone Cougar 276RLS fifth wheel trailer. It developed a small pinhole leak in the LP gas burner chamber.

At the end of the video, I drill a hole into the old tank and expose the exact cause of the leak. A faulty spot weld made during construction.  :Crying:

Great work Ray. I had tech guy out this month to check on my Atwood trailer furnace, turned out to be a failed electrode shorting out. I would have never figured it out but the price tag was $240. Can’t imagine what this guy would have charged for labor doing a water tank R and R . Anyway nice to have that skill set to be able to dive into it eh.

Another fine job Ray, Eddie told me y’all had a nice visit with you and Angie. Hopefully we will make it your way before the trip back North.
