    Hi All;   I took a Viair 400p compressor and semi hardwired it. I cut off the red power clip and added plugs like those used on solar system wires.  The hot wire runs to a pressure relay switch. When I want to use it with my truck over at the neighbors trailer I simply unplug compressor from trailer and plug it into red clip. ground clip is just clamped to neg. battery post.  One gallon tanks rated at 150 pressure relay switch is set to cut off at 145lbs. Power from bateries run thru a 40 amp breaker. I have a 25′   1/4″ air hose on each side
