We bought a Nuwave Oven and had not used it. We were talking with Eddie and Aileen and I told them about my beef jerkey and dehydraters. They told me use my Nuwave and so I did. It works a heck of a lot better than the dehydrater. Time wise is a savings too.

OK I give up, how did you do that in an induction oven.  Do you have a good recipe that you like too?

I use three packets of McCormicks Pepper corn amd spices. I find this at Walmart. like I said it comes in packets and the last time I bought it, it came in pepper corn and garlic.  Two big bottle of worcestershire  sauce( I get that at Sam’s). 4-5 lbs of top Round. About two heapin spone fulls of brown suger. My Nuwave it comes with two racks. The nuwave wave oven cookbook said placing it on 150 degrees and set timer for 3hrs. Slice meat thin side ways. Place meat in a bowl then add peppercorn and garlic spice, sugar and Worcestershire to cover meat, marinate in frgi overnight and drain meat in a colander then extra juice save it and make one more batch. Account Nuwave only does a little of 2lbs. set nuwave on 150 then time it 3hrs.  That’s it and if ya need call 252-341-6779

Very cool!  We haven’t quite got to full time yet and are trying to figure out what we need and what we don’t.  And anything that will do double duty like an induction oven making jerky is worth looking at.  Thanks so much for sharing your secrets.
