Thank You Ray for your info on maintaining and too a different choice of batteries.
You’re welcome, I usually get back as good as I give. It’s amazing the new things I learn as other RVers share the knowledge back after I post an article.
Good video Ray. Check out the battery oil additive that will extend the life and performance of your batteries. I am not prone to using additives in my vehicles, but this was suggested to me when I bought 2 new Trojan batteries for the RV in June 2003. Ya that date is correct, 12 years ago and I am still using them. I keep them charged and watered properly as you showed. The batteries are due to be replaced but are still working and showing approximately 80% of normal. This is one additive I would highly recommend. I use it in my dual truck batteries as well and they are 4 years old and as good as the day I bought them. http://www.thermoil.com/
Never knew such a thing existed. That was from RVHH member Ray Whyte – http://rvhappyhour.com/members/iokuok2/
He has a very good free RVing ebook if you didn’t know. Lots of good tips – http://www.loveyourrv.com/new-free-rv-ebook-called-roughing-smoothly/
