Our fridge hadn’t been staying cold and my research said possibly the thermistor which nobody stocks. Also had a squeeking jack. Left our rig with Christie’s RV in Sault Ste Marie for a week while we visited friends in Michigan telling them to email us updates as our phone didn’t have a US plan. They found fallen insulation in the top vent so an easy fix for the fridge. However without taking the jack apart they assumed it was a bearing so parts needed to be ordered. They left a phone message (which I never got until we crossed back into Canada.) I emailed 2 different people twice for an update but they never replied. I had to phone and found out parts weren’t ordered. Geez! Turned out all the jack needed was grease so we lost a day waiting around for parts I didn’t need because of poor communication. Prices were fair and staff were friendly though. I give them a fair rating.

Sorry to hear about the communication screw up but glad to hear that the fixes were simpler than thought.

    Happy Trails
