We got a new rig over the holidays — a newer version of the Fleetwood Terra we had so we are selling the 2004 Terra 26Y. It is a great rig for camping, and getting around town, or maybe two people full timing. The interior is very light with oversize untinted windows with privacy slides. It has been very well maintained by the previous owners with all the paperwork intact. It has just under 40k miles. I am getting about 12 mpg on 200 mile trips over Donner Summit each way. The big engine has lots of power. I have included a couple of pictures from camping last year, schematic of the floor plan, and the NADA Bluebook data.
The two pictures show two positions of the manual awning. The lowered position (which I love) allows for runoff during the occasional thunderstorms. It also makes it easy to sweep off before retracting.
